About Frequency Ventures


Frequency Ventures holds an Australian Financial Services Licence issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Our mission is to provide superannuation funds in Australia access and allocation into US Venture Capital Funds.

Our management has 20 years technology investing experience, operating venture capital funds in Silicon Valley and institutional equities firms in Australia.

 

Investment Strategy


Australia’s total for superannuation assets was $2.3 trillion at March 2017 (source: Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia), a staggering amount given the population of 24 million. Yet, the US has 7.3 times more venture funding per capita than Australia.

The $5B Future Fund in Australia invested significant sums into funds run by New Enterprise Associates, Bessemer Venture Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
